A 10-second 720p → 4K upscale typically takes 2–5 minutes. Longer clips and 4× scale can push past 10 minutes. We stream the result back as soon as it's ready.

The AI hallucinates plausible detail in smooth areas (skin, foliage, etc.) — that's how neural upscalers work. For forensic use cases (legal / CCTV), that's a problem. For creative use, it looks great.
