We typically review nonprofit applications within 48 hours. You will receive an email once your organization has been verified and your accounts have been upgraded.
Up to 10 team seats are included in the nonprofit plan. If your organization needs more seats, contact us and we can discuss expanded access based on your needs.

Create a key from the developer page after your account is approved; API calls to our self-hosted models spend your granted tokens. If your integration needs higher request limits, reply to your approval email and we will raise them for your key.
If your organization loses its nonprofit status, we will work with you to transition to a paid plan. We provide advance notice and time to adjust your usage.

We may periodically verify your nonprofit status to confirm continued eligibility. This is a simple re-verification and does not require a full new application.
