Yes. Each skin enhance costs about 500 tokens on self-hosted models (GFPGAN, Real-ESRGAN portrait). Signed-up users get 10,000 tokens/day free. Premium models (FLUX Kontext Pro, Clarity Upscaler) deduct from purchased tokens for higher-end magazine-grade results.
Free self-hosted: GFPGAN (face restoration, great for low-res or old photos) and Real-ESRGAN portrait (general face upscale + cleanup). Premium: FLUX Kontext Pro (instruction-driven natural retouch) and Clarity Upscaler (detail-preserving high-res enhance).
Yes — identity preservation is on by default. The prompt explicitly tells the AI to keep the same facial structure, bone lines, and features. GFPGAN in particular is trained to restore without changing who the person looks like. Turn the toggle off only if you want a more stylized result.
