An Osterwalder-style Value Proposition Canvas (the Strategyzer framework). You name the customer JOBS (functional/emotional/social), PAINS (concrete frustrations), and GAINS (delights). AI fills the matching PAIN-RELIEVERS, GAIN-CREATORS, and PRODUCTS & FEATURES on the value-map side. Outputs the canvas + a 1-sentence value-prop statement using the Steve Blank template ('We help [X] who want to [Y] by [Z] so they get [A] instead of [B]'). Useful for pitch decks, landing-page hero copy, sales positioning.
Strategyzer's official tool is free for 1 canvas / paid for collaboration ($25-99/user/month). Canvanizer is freemium ($14+/month for premium). Miro's VPC template is free if you have Miro ($8+/user/month). All three are CANVASES — blank grids. You still have to write the content yourself. Free.ai writes the content; you can paste it back into Strategyzer/Canvanizer/Miro for collaboration on top.

Customer-side cells. JOBS = what the customer is trying to GET DONE (functional + emotional + social). PAINS = concrete frustrations / costs / risks (numbers, time, money). GAINS = outcomes they hope for, including delight territory (things they do not yet expect). The customer-profile side.
Product-side cells (the value map). PAIN-RELIEVERS = how your product kills the listed pains. GAIN-CREATORS = how your product creates the listed gains. PRODUCTS & FEATURES = the concrete deliverables (a list a marketer could put on a pricing page). Each reliever should map directly to a pain; each creator to a gain — that is how you check product-market fit.
The Steve Blank template: 'We help [customer segment] who want to [primary job] by [solution mechanism] so they get [top gain] instead of [top pain].' Example: 'We help busy parents who want to cook dinner in 15 minutes by sending a curated weekly meal kit so they get healthier eating instead of $400/month takeout bills.' One sentence captures positioning + differentiation in a way most pitch decks fail to.
Balanced (even weight on pains + gains), Painkiller-led (emphasize pain-relief — best for B2B / urgent problems), Vitamin-led (emphasize delight — best for D2C / aspirational), Differentiation-first (emphasize the angle no competitor is making). Pick what your category rewards.
