30天保证所有计划有30天的还款担保

所覆盖的

• 所有付款计划 are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• 续续订阅 are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the renewal charge.
• 一次性代币购买 are eligible for a refund within 30 days if fewer than 25% of the purchased tokens have been used.

名调从未过期

以任何已付计划购买的 Token, 都不会过期 。 它们留在您的账户中直到使用为止, 即使您取消订阅, 也不急于使用 。

如何要求退款

1. Send an email to hello@free.ai with the subject line "Refund Request."
2. Include your 付款编号 or 交易编号 (found in your payment confirmation email or your account settings).
3. Include the 电子邮件地址 associated with your Free.ai account.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of clear abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, or accounts that have been terminated for violating our 任期.
