覆盖的

• 所有支付计划 are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• 续续订阅 are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the renewal charge.
• 一次性象征性购买 are eligible for a refund within 30 days if fewer than 25% of the purchased tokens have been used.

名声永不过期

如何要求退款

1. Send an email to hello@free.ai with the subject line "Refund Request."
2. Include your 付款编号 or 交易交易识别 (found in your payment confirmation email or your account settings).

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of clear abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, or accounts that have been terminated for violating our 任期.
