Free.aiに満足していただきたいのです。 何らかの理由で有料プランに満足できない場合は、購入後30日以内に返金を要求できます。質問はありません。
ワッツ・カヴァード
- すべての有料プラン are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- 購読更新 are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the renewal charge.
- 一次トークン購入 are eligible for a refund within 30 days if fewer than 25% of the purchased tokens have been used.
トークンは永久に有効
有料プランで購入したトークンは期限が切れません。サブスクリプションをキャンセルしても、使用されるまでアカウントに残ります。急いで使う必要はありません。
返金の申請方法
- Send an email to hello@free.ai with the subject line "Refund Request."
- Include your 支払いID or トランジクションID (found in your payment confirmation email or your account settings).
- Include the メールアドレス associated with your Free.ai account.
返金は通常3-5営業日以内に処理されます。返金は元の支払い方法に戻されます。
返金後
- あなたのアカウントはフリープランにダウングレードされます。
- 返金された購入の一部として追加されたトークンは、残高から削除されます。
- あなたのアカウント、履歴、他の購入から残ったトークンは無傷です。
例外
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of clear abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, or accounts that have been terminated for violating our サービス条件.
