Our Promise
We want you to be happy with Free.ai. If you are not satisfied with your paid plan for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked.
What's Covered
- All paid plans are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Subscription renewals are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the renewal charge.
- One-time token purchases are eligible for a refund within 30 days if fewer than 25% of the purchased tokens have been used.
Tokens Never Expire
Tokens you purchase through any paid plan never expire. They remain in your account until used, even if you cancel your subscription. There is no rush to use them.
How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to hello@free.ai with the subject line "Refund Request."
- Include your payment ID or transaction ID (found in your payment confirmation email or your account settings).
- Include the email address associated with your Free.ai account.
We typically process refunds within 3-5 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
After a Refund
- Your account will be downgraded to the free plan.
- Any tokens that were added as part of the refunded purchase will be removed from your balance.
- Your account, history, and any remaining tokens from other purchases will remain intact.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of clear abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, or accounts that have been terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
