We want you to be happy with Free.ai. If you are not satisfied with your paid plan for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked.
Què té de cobertura
- Tots els plans pagats are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Renovacions de subscripció are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the renewal charge.
- Compracions d' una vegada are eligible for a refund within 30 days if fewer than 25% of the purchased tokens have been used.
Els dits de Token mai caduquin
Els tòners que compres a través de qualsevol pla pagat mai expiraran. Es queden en el teu compte fins que s' usi, fins i tot si cancel· leu la subscripció. No hi ha pressa per usar- los.
Com demanar un Refund
- Send an email to hello@free.ai with the subject line "Refund Request."
- Include your ID del pagament or ID de la transacció (found in your payment confirmation email or your account settings).
- Include the Adreça de correu electrònic associated with your Free.ai account.
Normalment, el procés reembeix en 3-5 dies de negoci. Es retorna el mètode de pagament original.
Després d'un Refund
- El teu compte es desactualitzarà al pla lliure.
- Qualsevol fitxes que s' afegiran com a part de la compra reembada s'eliminarà del seu balanç.
- El teu compte, història, i qualsevol fitxes restants d'altres compres romandran intactes.
Excepcions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of clear abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, or accounts that have been terminated for violating our Termes del servei.
