This Privacy Policy describes how Muddy Holdings LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Free.ai website, tools, API, and related services (the "Service"). We believe in being transparent about what we collect and why.

When you use a self-hosted Free.ai model, your data stays on our servers and is not sent to any third party. When you select an external model, your prompt is forwarded to that model's provider. We clearly label which models are self-hosted and which are external.

5. No retenció de dades
- Dades del compte: Retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.

- Registres del servidor: IP addresses and access logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and abuse prevention, then deleted.

9. Usuaris internacionals
Free.ai is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
