- Tutti i piani pagati are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Rinnovi di l'abbonamentu are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the renewal charge.
- Acquisti di token unu-spissu are eligible for a refund within 30 days if fewer than 25% of the purchased tokens have been used.
