30-ቀን ገንዘብ-በኋላ ዋስትና በሁሉም ፕሮግራሞች ላይ

የተሸፈነው

• ሁሉንም የክፍያ ዕቅዶች are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• የይለፍ ቃል are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the renewal charge.
• ወቅታዊ ለውጥ are eligible for a refund within 30 days if fewer than 25% of the purchased tokens have been used.

ቶኮንዎች ፈጽሞ አይፈርሱም

በየትኛውም የክፍያ ዕቅድ ውስጥ የምትገዛው ቶኮን ፈጽሞ አይፈርስም. ምዝገባዎን ቢያቋርጡም እንኳን እስከሚጠቀሙ ድረስ በሂሳብዎ ውስጥ ይቀራሉ. እነሱን ለመጠቀም ምንም ፍላጎት የለም.

1. Send an email to hello@free.ai with the subject line "Refund Request."
2. Include your የክፍያ አይዲ or ትራንስፖርት (found in your payment confirmation email or your account settings).

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of clear abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, or accounts that have been terminated for violating our የድርጅት ስም.
