30-ቀን ገንዘብ-በኋላ ዋስትና በሁሉም ፕሮግራሞች ላይ

የተሸፈነው

• ሁሉንም የተከፈሉ ዕቅዶች are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• የይለፍ ቃል are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the renewal charge.
• አንድ ጊዜ ቶኬን መግዛት are eligible for a refund within 30 days if fewer than 25% of the purchased tokens have been used.

ቶኮኖች ፈጽሞ አይፈጸሙም

በየትኛውም የክፍያ ዕቅድ ውስጥ የሚሸጡት ቶኮኖች ፈጽሞ አይፈጸሙም. የክፍያውን ክፍያ ቢያቋርጡም እንኳን እስከሚጠቀሙ ድረስ በሂሳብዎ ውስጥ ይቀራሉ. እነሱን ለመጠቀም ምንም ቸልተኝነት የለም.

እንዴት እንደምትመለስ

1. Send an email to hello@free.ai with the subject line "Refund Request."
2. Include your የክፍያ ተጨማሪ or የትራንስፖርት ቪዲዮ (found in your payment confirmation email or your account settings).
3. Include the የኢሜይል አድራሻ associated with your Free.ai account.

ልዩነቶች

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of clear abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, or accounts that have been terminated for violating our የድርጅት ስም.
