We want you to be happy with Free.ai. If you are not satisfied with your paid plan for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked.

Wat is toe bespreek

Alle betaalde planne are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Intekenings are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the renewal charge.
Een-tydsomkoop-aankoop are eligible for a refund within 30 days if fewer than 25% of the purchased tokens have been used.

Tot nog nooit toe nie

Tokens jy koop deur enige betaalde plan nooit vertrek. Hulle bly in jou rekening tot gebruik word, selfs al kanselleer jy jou intekening. Daar is geen haas om dit te gebruik nie.

Send an email to hello@free.ai with the subject line "Refund Request."
Include your betaling-ID or Kontoer-ID (found in your payment confirmation email or your account settings).
Include the Posadres associated with your Free.ai account.

Ons werk gewoonlik binne 3-5 sakedae terug. Die herboud sal na jou oorspronklike betalingsmetode teruggestuur word.

Ná'n terugslag

Jou rekening sal verlaag word na die gratis plan.
Enige tekens wat bygevoeg is as deel van die terugbetaling sal van jou balans verwyder word.
Jou verslag, geskiedenis en enige oorblywende voorbeelde van ander aankope sal behoue bly.

Uitsonderings

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of clear abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, or accounts that have been terminated for violating our Diensterme.
