- Tilitiedot: When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed version of your password. We never store your password in plain text.
- Maksutiedot: When you purchase a plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive your name, billing address, and the last four digits of your card number. We never see or store your full credit card number.

4. Kolmannen osapuolen palvelut

Kun käytät itseohjattua Free.ai-mallia, tietosi pysyvät palvelimellamme, eikä niitä lähetetä kolmannelle osapuolelle. Kun valitset ulkopuolisen mallin, ohjeesi lähetetään mallin toimittajalle. Merkitsemme selvästi, mitkä mallit ovat itseohjattuja ja mitkä ulkoisia.
Emme myy henkilökohtaisia tietojasi kenellekään.
5. Tietojen säilyttäminen
- Tilitiedot: Retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.
- Chat ja sukupolven historia: Stored to provide your usage history. You can delete your history from your account settings. After account deletion, this data is purged within 30 days.
- Palvelinlokit: IP addresses and access logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and abuse prevention, then deleted.
- Maksutiedot: Retained as required by tax and financial regulations (typically 7 years).
6. Tietoturva

- Opt out of analytics: Disable cookies in your browser settings or use Clicky's Opt-out-sivu.

8. Lasten yksityisyys

Free.ai is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
