This Privacy Policy describes how Muddy Holdings LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Free.ai website, tools, API, and related services (the "Service"). We believe in being transparent about what we collect and why.

When you use a self-hosted Free.ai model, your data stays on our servers and is not sent to any third party. When you select an external model, your prompt is forwarded to that model's provider. We clearly label which models are self-hosted and which are external.

نگهداری داده
- اطلاعات حساب: Retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.
- تاریخچه گپ و تولید: Stored to provide your usage history. You can delete your history from your account settings. After account deletion, this data is purged within 30 days.
- ثبت کارساز: IP addresses and access logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and abuse prevention, then deleted.
- ثبت پرداخت: Retained as required by tax and financial regulations (typically 7 years).
امنیت دادهها
