This Privacy Policy describes how Muddy Holdings LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Free.ai website, tools, API, and related services (the "Service"). We believe in being transparent about what we collect and why.

- ملفات تعريف الارتباط: Essential for keeping you logged in and maintaining your session. These are strictly necessary for the Service to function.
- رموز CSRF: Protect against cross-site request forgery attacks. These are security cookies.
- ملفات تعريف الارتباط التحليلية (Clicky): We use Clicky for privacy-friendly web analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Clicky collects anonymized usage data. You can opt out of Clicky tracking at clicky.com/optout.

عندما تستخدم نموذج Free.ai المستضاف ذاتياً، تظل بياناتك على خواديمنا ولا ترسل إلى أي طرف ثالث. وعندما تختار نموذجاً خارجياً، يتم إرسال التعليمات إلى مقدم ذلك النموذج. ونحن نضع علامة واضحة على أي النماذج مستضافة ذاتياً وأيها خارجية.

5- الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
- بيانات الحساب: Retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.
- تاريخ المحادثات والتوليد: Stored to provide your usage history. You can delete your history from your account settings. After account deletion, this data is purged within 30 days.
- سجلات الخادم: IP addresses and access logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and abuse prevention, then deleted.
- سجلات المدفوعات: Retained as required by tax and financial regulations (typically 7 years).
6 - أمن البيانات
